W2/ Why do you think Wikipedia is becoming more accepted? / Lee Hayoung (LATE POSTING – ADDED)

 This is because Wikipedia is a website where people from various countries gather to provide knowledge, so it is more appropriate. Compared to small societies, such as sites shared only within one country, people with diverse cultural experiences gather. This is because more people can agree with the information, more information is needed from both the ruling and opposition parties, and the amount of information is much larger than that of websites run in a country.

 However, as we've learned before, just because the information is posted on Wikipedia does not necessarily mean that it is correct or has high standards of reliability or validity. Therefore, we will have to recognize and accept information ourselves. So, I think that the more accepted Wikipedia shows that it is being used more effectively.

Summary Wikipedia is a multilingual online encyclopedia as an collaboration project. It isn't made by one people. Anyone can write and share information. It is maintained by non profit organizations. It is the largest and most popular  general reference work on the World Wide Web, and is one of the 20 most popular websites. Diverse information can be found in encyclopedia. Interesting point Wikipedia is made by group. All people in group can share their own information. Not only expert, but also anyone who have interest in topic, they can participate in make dictionary. I had a negative opinion about this in past, because this can affect on accuracy of information. But, after I realized that  this is "collaboration" project, many people can give a feedback to writers who post wrong information.
