W8/ Reliability of Wikipedia / Lee Hayoung

Wikipedia has the problem of losing credibility because it captures the opinions and knowledge of various people. To address these vulnerabilities, Wikipedia administrators overcome them by examining how quickly false or misleading information is removed through some assessments of reliability. And because these tests are done really quickly and accurately, they are evaluated to have effective healing functions. We also encourage you to use the most representative Wikipedia postings with sources. We respect individual autonomy, but sometimes we need restrictions. That's why we have to censor ourselves when we provide information, even if it's a good start, but we have to be able to filter it out when we take it. Wikipedia is also a forum where non-experts can freely express their opinions, although there are experts in Wikipedia is also a forum for discussion. To what extent do you trust Wikipedia? Do you think you can collect meaningful information?

Summary Wikipedia is a multilingual online encyclopedia as an collaboration project. It isn't made by one people. Anyone can write and share information. It is maintained by non profit organizations. It is the largest and most popular  general reference work on the World Wide Web, and is one of the 20 most popular websites. Diverse information can be found in encyclopedia. Interesting point Wikipedia is made by group. All people in group can share their own information. Not only expert, but also anyone who have interest in topic, they can participate in make dictionary. I had a negative opinion about this in past, because this can affect on accuracy of information.
