W13. Categorization - Youngryun,Chun

1. Summary

Categories are used to group pages among similar topics. This helps Wikipedia-using readers find relevant articles through sorted pages as they navigate through topics. Categories are usually at the bottom of Wikipedia article pages. In addition, categories can create subsections to construct a tree-like structure. Therefore, proper use of these categories is important. Categories function as connecting and sorting pages. Wikipedia’s users can also search for information according to a specific sort.

2. What interesting

Through this material, I learned the technical part of making categories. I didn't put it in the summary, but I learned how to use it practically. I think we can organize more articles and make them easier for people to see. Through what I learned last week and what I learned today, I have a standard to make my articles more complete.

3. Discussion

How can I choose the criteria for grouping categories?
